When Tea Becomes a Love Letter
I’ve always believed that gifting a new experience to a loved one is the best present. While physical gifts provide tangible warmth, the taste and aroma of tea can quietly linger in one’s memory.
Several months ago, I hosted a warm tea gathering at FBS, where a lovely couple participated. The husband proudly said that this tea session was his Christmas gift to his wife: “It’s much better than socks, gloves, or scarves.” (Though socks, gloves, and scarves are great gifts too!)
The couple’s favorite tea was Oriental Beauty (Oolong Tea). I believe that one day in the future, when the garden-like floral fragrance fills the air again, they will smile at each other knowingly, cherishing this unique memory that belongs to them alone.
