The theme of this China Day is "Tea and Schicksal." In a way, meeting tea is a matter of chance. With thousands of varieties of Chinese tea, if you have a little patience, you will eventually find the one that speaks to you. Beyond its health benefits, a teahouse, much like a café, carries a social function. With one cup of tea, we make friends and build connections — tea brings people together.
For summer, we introduced cold-brew tea, which simplifies the often elaborate steps of traditional tea brewing. It returns to the original simplicity of tea: a single leaf falling into water, becoming tea. Cold-brew offers a refreshing way to enjoy tea in hot weather. Jasmine black tea and jasmine green tea help to relieve heat and uplift the spirit, while rose black tea soothes the heart with its delicate fragrance. Through cold-brew, we experience both the coolness of summer and the timeless beauty of tea.
